How fast do you ship?
Every order leaves our US warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days in the contiguous United States, 7–12 business days in Europe and the UK, and 7–15 business days in Canada and Australia.
Is shipping free?
In the US, yes on orders of 99 USD or more; below that, standard shipping is 9.90 USD. In Europe, the UK, Canada and Australia, shipping is free from 149 USD (otherwise 14.90 USD for Europe and the UK, 19.90 USD for Canada and Australia).
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Email support@walkhaven.com with your order number to start.
Is there a warranty?
12 months against manufacturing defects. We replace or refund, your choice.
Walking Pads
How much weight can a Walking Pad support?
Each product page lists its limit. Our Incline Walking Pad supports up to 265 lb.
How loud is it?
The Incline runs at 55 dB or less at walking speed, about the level of a normal conversation. Nobody on your video call hears it.
Do I need to assemble anything?
No. Unfold, plug in, press start.
